About Us
Our History
She Academy, Inc. was founded on April 10th, 2019, by Ms. Shaqualyn Shedrick on the principles of Service. Honesty. Integrity. and Passion. (SHIP)
Our Mission
Our mission is to support and empower teenage girls on their journey to young adulthood through impactful mentorship, self-empowerment, and building healthy relationships.
Our Vision
Our vision is to strengthen the Tallahassee community with empowered young women who are goal-oriented and driven in all aspects of life.
What We Offer
We provide quality programs and mentorship to girls in grades 8-12 as they learn to cultivate life skills and become self-sufficient. Our youth work to build and develop a successful mindset through empowering mentors and group meetings. All meetings serve as a designated space for each girl to focus on her goals and work with the guidance of supportive leadership.
Our community is filled with a passion-driven staff. We extend our service beyond traditional office hours and operate as a family.

We believe every teenager should receive the support she needs to walk confidently into her future. Our mentorship and after-school programs are here to help your teenager learn important skills like time management, financial literacy, and problem solving skills!

Errianna Quallo has been a part of She Academy from the very beginning! Through our programs, she gained the skills necessary to achieve her dreams!

She Academy is a community of love, comfort, leadership, safety, and support! We welcome teenage girls in grades 8-11 to join our sisterhood and become a Certified Boss Babe! We celebrate our unique differences and offer a supportive environment for girls to thrive while reaching their goals. Join us in the After-School Program.
